October, November Checks and Statements Update
(Dec. 1) The principal and interest collected in October 2006 is being distributed today in checks and statements being mailed from Las Vegas. The loan that paid off in October was:
- Cottonwood Hills, LLC
The principal and interest collected in November 2006 is scheduled to be distributed in mid-December. Checks and statements will be mailed from Las Vegas. The loans that paid off or made substantial paydown of principal and/or interest in November were:
- Hasley Canyon (Los Valles Golf) -- paid in full
- Meadow Creek Partners, LLC -- paid all principal and interest
- Palm Harbor One -- paydown
