(Nov. 3): The deadline for direct lenders who hold positions in USA Capital individual trust deeds to file a Proof of Claim has been extended to January 13., 2007. The Nov. 13 deadline for filing Proof of Interest forms by members of the USA Capital First Trust Deed Fund, LLC and USA Capital Diversified Trust Deed Fund, LLC remains unchanged. The direct lender deadline was extended in part because USACM recognized there was continuing confusion and misunderstandings about the balances owed them on the loans. USACM has agreed to provide additional explanations for the June and August statements, and to conduct an informational session in Las Vegas.
