USACM MORTGAGE BROKER LICENSE RENEWED BY STATE OF NEVADA MORTGAGE LENDING DIVISION

The State of Nevada license authorizing USACM (dba USA Capital) to continue to originate, underwrite and service loans as a Mortgage Broker under Chapter 645B of the Nevada Revised Statutes has been renewed for the period ending June 30, 2007 unless sooner revoked. (Click here to view license)

USACM retains license #333 conditioned upon the Company “not making any loans secured by liens on real property funded by private, non-institutional investors.” The State of Nevada Mortgage Lending Division (NV MLD) served USACM a Final Order Conditioning Mortgage Broker’s License on June 12, 2006.
