USA Commercial Mortgage Co. (USACM) mailed account statements to Direct Lenders on July 26 for the period ended June 30, 2006. Statements updating investor accounts through April 12, 2006 were mailed to Direct Lenders and Fund Members on July 11.
USACM did not issue statements to fund members for the period ending June 30 as there was no change that occurred during the period between April 13 and June 30, and USACM elected to save the cost of mailing until there is changed information.
Statements will be mailed out via U.S. Postal Service to addresses currently in USACM’s bankruptcy mailing matrix and may take several days to reach investors. To change your mailing address, please contact the BMC Group.
On July 10, USACM announced it had filed a motion with the court requesting authorization to distribute certain funds held in USACM's collection account to direct lenders, and authorizing the Funds to further distribute certain funds to their respective Fund members. The new Direct Lender account statements will have a different format from previous USACM statements be cause they were produced by Mesirow and mailed by BMC Group using the findings of Mesirow's 90-day account reconciliation efforts.
