February 2007 Collections, Checks and Statements Update:
Includes Return of Prepetition Receipts
(Mar. 16): The principal and interest collected in February 2007 is now scheduled to be distributed on or about March 21st. This distribution also will include return of prepetition receipts. Checks and statements will be mailed from Las Vegas. The loans that paid off in full or made substantial paydowns of principal and/or interest in February were:
- Gateway Stone – paid in full
- Franklin-Stratford Investments, LLC – paid in full
- I-40 Gateway West, LLC – paid in full
- I-40 Gateway West, LLC Second – paid in full
- Interstate Commerce Center – significant paydown
- Rio Rancho Executive Plaza – significant paydown
- University Estates – significant paydown
Since filing Chapter 11 on April 13, 2006, USA Commercial Mortgage Company has collected more than $274 million in principal and interest.
