IRS Form 1099 and Schedule K-1 Reports Update

(Jan. 22): IRS Form 1099s for the year ended December 31, 2006 are scheduled to be mailed to Direct Lenders by the end of January 2007. IRS Form 1099s for the year ended December 31, 2005 will be reissued only for Direct Lenders in the Beau Rivage loan and are scheduled to be mailed by the end of January 2007. IRS Schedule K-1 reports for the year ended December 31, 2006 are scheduled to be mailed to Fund members by the end of February 2007.
